Built for strength and control, the Carhartt Dual Handle Dog Leash features a reinforced handle and a secondary traffic handle for close control in tight spaces. A rugged metal trigger claw clasp ensures a secure connection, while reflective details enhance low-light visibility. Designed to perform in any condition.

TWO HANDLES ONE FOR WALKING, ONE FOR WHEN IT MATTERS | The Carhartt Dual Handle Leash is built for the moments when a standard leash handle is not enough. The reinforced primary handle gives a comfortable, secure grip for regular walking. The secondary traffic control handle sits lower on the leash close to the clasp and allows the handler to shorten the distance to the dog instantly. Pulling to heel at a crossing, passing another dog, entering a tight space, or any moment that requires immediate close control without dropping the leash or grabbing the collar.
WHEN TO REACH FOR THE TRAFFIC HANDLE EVERY HANDLER KNOWS THESE MOMENTS | A car door opens suddenly at the kerb. Another dog rounds a corner at full speed. A child runs toward your dog from across a parking lot. A crowd tightens at a crosswalk. These are the moments a single-handle leash makes you step forward or grab the collar. With the traffic control handle already in your hand or a single step down the leash away, you close the distance before the situation escalates.
NYLON WITH DUCK WEAVE AND GLOVE-FRIENDLY CLASP | The nylon webbing is reinforced with extra-tough duck canvas weave. The same duck material Carhartt has used on workwear since 1889 for elevated abrasion resistance and structural integrity through daily outdoor use. The metal trigger claw clasp operates with winter gloves on so cold-weather walks and early morning outings stay easy even with full hand coverage. Triple-needle stitched reflective detailing for low-light visibility.
SLIDING D-RING AND SECURE ATTACHMENT | The slotted metal D-ring slides up and down the leash for adjustable attachment position and length. Multiple quick attachment options at a fixed point. Built for strength under the load of large dogs with reinforced handles and the clasp for the full force of a dog pulling unexpectedly into traffic or toward another animal.
CARHARTT QUALITY FOR CITY DOGS, TRAIL DOGS, AND EVERY DOG IN BETWEEN | Built to Carhartt's workwear-grade standard for dog owners who walk busy streets, share trails with other dogs, or simply want the security of knowing the traffic handle is there if they ever need it. A practical gift for city dog owners, commuters with dogs, and anyone whose walks take them through unpredictable situations.

Everyday Essentials & Elevated Style for Every Dog

Every dog has their own personality, routine, and idea of the perfect day. At Bellhaven & Co., our collections make it easy to find products that fit both your dog’s lifestyle and your style—from dependable everyday essentials to statement-making pieces for the pup who was clearly born to be noticed.

Whether you're shopping for a cozy place to nap, a new favorite toy, comfortable clothing for daily walks, or something fabulous for a special outing, you'll find thoughtfully selected products for dogs and the people who love them.

Everyday — The Essentials They’ll Actually Use

Every day is the foundation of a happy, comfortable routine. Our Everyday Collection brings together practical dog essentials designed for real life—and priced with everyday use in mind.

Shop affordable dog toys, cozy and orthopedic dog beds, washable blankets, collars, leashes, bowls, and comfortable dog apparel for walks, naps, playtime, road trips, and everything in between.

These are the pieces you reach for again and again: the blanket that lives on the sofa, the toy they carry from room to room, the leash hanging by the door, and the comfy shirt or sweater that makes getting dressed surprisingly easy.

No unnecessary fuss. Just dependable, useful products your dog can enjoy every single day.

Heritage — For Dogs Who Prefer the Finer Things

Some dogs walk into a room. Others make an entrance.

For the more posh pups in our lives, the Heritage Collection is where high fashion meets four legs. This curated Bellhaven & Co. collection features couture-inspired dog clothing, boutique accessories, statement pieces, and playful designer-inspired dog toys for pets with undeniable main-character energy.

Heritage is playful without sacrificing polish. It’s for birthday photos, brunch dates, holiday parties, weekend getaways—or an ordinary Tuesday when your dog simply refuses to be underdressed.

Pair an elevated outfit with a luxury-inspired toy or accessory to create a look that's equal parts chic, playful, and unmistakably theirs.

Shop With Purpose 🐾

Whichever collection you choose, your purchase has a bigger purpose.

At Bellhaven & Co., we believe shopping for the pets you love can also help animals still waiting to find theirs. Every purchase helps support animals in need, and we also believe in giving back to animal rescue and shelter organizations.

So whether you're picking up an everyday necessity or spoiling your pup with something fabulous, your order helps us make a difference beyond the shopping bag.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between the Everyday and Heritage collections?

Everyday focuses on practical, comfortable, affordable products designed for regular use, including beds, blankets, toys, collars, leashes, dining essentials, and apparel. Heritage is our more fashion-forward collection featuring boutique dog clothing, elevated accessories, and playful luxury-inspired designs.

Does Bellhaven & Co. only sell luxury dog products?

Not at all. We love a ridiculously fabulous dog hoodie as much as anyone, but dogs need practical things too. Our assortment ranges from everyday essentials to higher-end fashion and accessories, so you can mix practical staples with the occasional splurge.

What kinds of dog clothing do you carry?

Our apparel selection can include everyday tees, sweaters, hoodies, raincoats, jackets, cold-weather clothing, and fashion-forward statement pieces. Availability, colors, and sizing vary by style.

How do I choose the right size for my dog?

Always check the individual product's size chart before ordering. Dog clothing sizing can vary by manufacturer and style. We recommend measuring your dog's neck, chest/girth, and back length and comparing those measurements with the chart provided on the product page rather than choosing a size based only on breed or weight.

What if my dog is between sizes?

Unless the individual product recommends otherwise, sizing up is generally the better choice when your dog's measurements fall between two sizes, especially for sweaters, jackets, and other garments where comfortable movement is important.

Do you carry products for both small and large dogs?

Yes. Our goal is to offer products for dogs of different breeds, shapes, and sizes. Available sizing varies by product, so check each listing for its specific size range and measurements.

Are Bellhaven & Co. dog toys suitable for every dog?

Different dogs have different play styles, so choose toys based on your dog's size and chewing habits. No dog toy is indestructible, and pets should be supervised during play. Remove and replace a toy if it becomes damaged or pieces begin to come loose.

Are dog beds and blankets washable?

Many of our beds, blankets, and soft goods are designed with easy care in mind, but washing instructions vary by product. Check the individual product description and care label before washing.

Does my purchase help animals in need?

Yes. Giving back is part of the Bellhaven & Co. mission. Every purchase helps animals in need, allowing you to shop for your own best friend while helping us support animals who haven't found their families yet.
